The position requires developing and executing local medical plans to address unmet medical needs while ensuring compliance with Pfizer policies and MHLW guidelines.
Candidates must collaborate with global development teams to drive timely completion of clinical trials and provide scientific input into protocol feasibility assessments.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree in life science or Pharmacist license
Fluency in English and Japanese scientific interactions
Deep medical and scientific expertise in oncology
Experience with clinical trial collaboration and data generation
Ability to identify unmet medical needs and execute medical plans
Nice-to-have
MD with clinical experience or board certification
PhD in Life Science preferred
Scientific publication experience
MA/DJ experience in pharmaceutical industry

Key Requirements
