Base: $77,076.00 - $127,175.00; Recruitment Range: $110,000.00 - $118,297.00; Bonus/Equity: $10,000 sign-on bonus contingent on budget approval; Benefits: Full State benefits including health insurance and retirement

Clinical oversight of nursing staff
24-hour responsibility for nursing care
Ability to create and maintain staff schedules
Supervision and performance evaluation skills
Valid driver's license required
Ability to perform as unit Charge Nurse
