NASCAR is seeking a Part-Time Coordinator, Medical Liaison, based in Daytona Beach, FL, who will provide medical expertise and act as a communication point during medical events. The role requires a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in emergency medicine or critical care transport, along with strong communication and customer service skills

Job Summary

  • The Part-Time Coordinator, Medical Liaison, will be the source of medical expertise for NASCAR and the point person for communication during a medical event.
  • Ensure track’s compliance with Event Medical Standards per the NASCAR Sanction Agreement and Exhibit-7.
  • Act as a liaison between the track and/or the hospital medical personnel providing medical care for participants and NASCAR members, in compliance with HIPAA.

Key Requirements

  • Unencumbered professional Registered Nurse License
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience as a registered nurse in Emergency Medicine and/or Critical Care Transport
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality
