Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of senior bankers in the MTL sector with a strong focus on defence.
  • As a senior member of the MTL leadership team the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering against the key strategic goals of the business including exceeding P&L targets, securing balance sheet growth, increasing market share, enhancing client satisfaction, maintenance of a strong controls environment as well as coaching & developing their team.
  • The role holder will need to deliver the whole of Barclays across debt, cash management, transactional banking and beyond.
