  • Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and monitoring for skin breakdown or other health issues.
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality policies regarding protected health information and immediate reporting of any suspected abuse or unauthorized data access are required.
