Job Summary

  • Supervises daily activities related to client pick-up services for LabCorp test samples and monitors route progress via the Roadnet system to ensure timely deliveries and expected service levels.
  • Actively assists dispatch by taking calls, handling client issues, and providing instruction and support to service representatives with specimen handling guidance.
