Job Summary
Provide technical expertise in proactively directing and resolving Defense Based Act claims in accordance with best claim practice approach, in line with AIGs quality standards.
Utilize investigation, claim handling, litigation, and claim evaluation skills to ensure timely cost- effective claim settlements and protect recovery rights when applicable.
