• This role involves providing information to students regarding financial aid programs, reviewing applications for eligibility, collecting and verifying financial aid data, and monitoring student enrollment for academic progress.
• The position requires preparing and reconciling various reports, maintaining awareness of best practices and new legislation, and promoting positive morale and teamwork while providing exceptional customer service.
