Base: $160,000.00 - $320,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual or quarterly performance bonuses, stock may be included; Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, 401(k), paid leave, education benefits

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 7 years merchandising experience
• 5 years merchandising or related experience
• 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience with P&L ownership and forecasting
• Executive-level supplier negotiation experience
• Masters in Business Administration preferred
