Lead the creation and dissemination of impactful messaging that supports major organizational changes and promotes the people strategy, including competence development, DEI, HSE, quality, and execution excellence.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to optimize communication channels, tools, and processes, ensuring alignment and maximum impact for global internal communications.
