Manage customer support operations for Ormco & Spark, including order processing, technical support, and discrepancy resolution.
Set up and manage SAP capabilities for pricing tiers, order management, and invoice creation, while coordinating with IT and Integration teams for operational issues.
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and SOPs, manage high On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets, and provide MIS reporting.
