Job Summary

  • This role plays a crucial part in delivering a great employee experience to the business by using their knowledge of people policies and procedures to ensure effective communication across various stakeholder groups.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating people policies, developing a deep understanding of ER processes, and oversight of all ER cases, delegation and tracking.
  • As part of the People Operations team, this role is dedicated to optimising staff deployment to foster skill development, cross-project collaboration, and broadened perspectives.
