Base: $66,612.00 - $95,823.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Performance bonuses and 100% employee stock ownership plan; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Utility permitting experience in New England
NEPA compliance and Endangered Species Act knowledge
Clean Water Act Section 404 and 401 permitting
Agency coordination with MassDEP and USACE
Budget and schedule management for projects
Nice-to-have
Established relationships with state regulators
Experience with electric transmission and substations
Multi-year utility project management success
Knowledge of Massachusetts local regulatory processes
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
Three years of natural resources consulting experience
One year of project management experience
Working knowledge of MEPA, MESA, and Wetlands Protection Act
