Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
  • Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required
  • At least 1 year of RN experience
  • Demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations

Nice-to-have

  • BSN degree preferred
  • Previous specialty experience preferred
  • Participation in unit councils and quality teams
  • Ability to mentor new graduate clinical RNs

Key Requirements
