• The Flat Rate Earnings Range is $16.90- $70.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production and Productivity.

• Previous automotive service technician experience
• Dealership experience preferred
• ASE certifications and/or manufacturer training
• High School graduate or equivalent
• 18 years or older
