Job Summary

• The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
• Responsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility, including monitoring census, planning and directing programs, managing budget projections, and developing policies and procedures.
• Actively involved in resolving HR issues, Risk Management situations, contract negotiations with vendors, and developing relationships with support teams and community leadership.
