Job Summary
This temporary position is responsible for providing critical accounting support to the plant or mine site to aid in decision making and cost management.
The role involves assisting with month-end close processes, preparing financial statements, conducting variance analysis, and developing long-range plan budgets.
Selected candidates must be willing to work on-site at either the Oak Grove Power Plant in Franklin, TX or the Kosse Mine location.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-4 years related accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Knowledge of capital budgeting and spending
Ability to work on-site 5 days per week
Experience with utility production environments
Nice-to-have
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Problem-solving and innovation capabilities
Familiarity with Vistra accounting systems
Resource management competencies
Key Requirements
High School Degree required, College degree preferred
