Must-have
5+ years commercial HVAC service experience
Advanced industrial HVAC system troubleshooting
Chillers, boilers, and refrigeration maintenance
Building Management Systems (BMS) expertise
Blueprint interpretation for plumbing repairs
CMMS work order prioritization and tracking
Nice-to-have
Leadership in troubleshooting and emergency repairs
Development of planned maintenance programs
Collaboration with external contractors and engineers
Continuous improvement of workplace safety
Strong oral and written communication skills
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Graduate of trade or vocational school in related field
Valid EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
Journeyman or Master HVAC License where applicable
Minimum of 5+ years as a commercial HVAC Service Technician
