Job Summary

• Performs and/or supervises Labor Relations function for field projects within a limited geographical region, deciding on necessary preventative and/or corrective actions to minimize labor problems.
• Works with local and regional labor union representatives to maintain cooperative labor-management relations, interpreting and administering labor union contracts, enforcing work rules, and establishing manpower requirements.
