The Director, Data Strategy & Value Delivery serves as a leadership partner within the US Data Strategy & Governance organization at Novartis, supporting DS&G leadership in shaping, governing, and advancing the US enterprise data agenda.
Core responsibilities include managing US data councils and governance forums, overseeing team budgets and investment tracking, coordinating high priority enterprise data initiatives, and providing direct support to DS&G leadership.
This position will be located at East Hanover, NJ site and will require 15% travel as defined by the business.

Salary
$185,500.00 - $344,500.00 year; Bonus/Equity: performance-based cash incentive and eligibility for annual equity awards; Benefits: comprehensive benefits package including health, life, disability, 401(k) with company contribution and match, generous time off package
