Job Summary
Leverage consulting expertise, telecom assurance domain knowledge, and familiarity with digital platforms to drive value through operational maturity, automation, and process optimization.
Lead or support client engagements focused on assurance maturity improvement, process re-engineering, and platform adoption, including conducting as-is / to-be assessments of assurance functions.
Translate assurance use cases into ServiceNow platform capabilities and collaborate with platform teams to design solution blueprints and integration flows.
