Job Summary

  • As an Associate Director, Access Strategy in Wilmington, DE, for the CVRM team you’ll be the ‘face’ of AstraZeneca to our many healthcare clients.
  • Develops compelling product value propositions and value strategies for the CVRM pipeline across market access channels, including payers, IDNs, pharmacies, distributors, and policy stakeholders.
  • Leads research and generates insights to inform market access messaging, evidence needs, and customer engagement plans.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ yrs experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or related industry or commercial experience
  • Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science
  • Managed care/payer experience
  • Understanding of the US market access landscape and the legal/regulatory environment for pharmaceuticals/biopharmaceuticals
  • Knowledge of drug pricing, gross-to-net dynamics, rebate contracting, utilization management, and value-based agreements
