Job Summary
The Legal Counsel is responsible for providing high-quality and accurate legal advice and support to the organization across a broad range of legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
This role includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts; managing legal risks; supporting corporate governance; and liaising with external counsel when necessary.
Assist Head of Department by taking the lead in engagement with relevant stakeholders in preparing all submissions to the regulator for approvals.
