Job Summary
The Sr. Demand & Supply Planner is accountable for end-to-end demand and supply planning for the Baltic markets, ensuring optimal product availability while balancing customer service, inventory, and supply chain costs.
This role leads to the country level Integrated Business Planning (IBP), with primary ownership of the Demand Review, building, challenging, and aligning demand forecasts in close collaboration with Commercial and Finance teams.
The position oversees in-market demand planning and supply network coordination, managing forecast uploads, monitoring inventory coverage, shelf-life and artwork constraints, and proactively communicating risks upstream.
