Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and moving between beds and chairs while maintaining strict confidentiality.
