Job Summary
The Staff Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver high quality candidates by optimizing talent acquisition expertise to place business staff positions.
This position will develop creative recruitment solutions including resume database mining and searching, social media, networking, college and alumni recruitment, and identifying new sourcing channels.
The role works collaboratively with local HR teams and Shared Services departments to deliver optimal talent solutions, and helps foster a robust social media recruitment strategy to develop a pipeline of candidates and enhance GT’s online recruiting presence.
