Job Summary

  • This role provides day-to-day medical management for up to 20 Rehab@Home patients and 2 Pathways to Home patients within a dedicated rehabilitation team.
  • Candidates will perform duties under supervision while collaborating with consultants, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • The position offers access to a comprehensive education program including weekly supervision, departmental education, and mentoring by experienced Rehabilitation Medicine Physicians.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor Medicine Bachelor Surgery degree
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 3 years postgraduate clinical experience
  • Participation in Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine training
  • Valid Driver's License for home visits

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor Medicine or Bachelor Surgery qualification

  • National Coordinated Criminal History Check clearance
