The Cigna Group is seeking a Third Party Management Senior Advisor to oversee the governance and execution of the Strategic Partner Fund within their Global Technology & Operations team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in third-party management and procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership

Job Summary

  • The Third-Party Management (TPM) Senior Advisor is responsible for overseeing the governance, execution, and value realization of the enterprise Strategic Partner Fund, which operates as a co-investment model with preferred strategic suppliers.
  • This position ensures that initiatives funded by partners are directly aligned with enterprise and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) priorities, comply with the fund's intent, and deliver measurable value through supplier-led assets, accelerators, and scalable solutions.
  • The role requires frequent communication with senior leadership to help develop strategies that support global Technology initiatives, projects, and programs, and provides support to Procurement and Sourcing teams during negotiations, RFPs, and proposal evaluations.
