Job Summary

  • As the nation's premier tire distributor, ATD’s coast-to-coast distribution network provides approximately 80,000 customers across the U.S. and Canada with rapid and frequent delivery of high quality tires, custom wheels and shop supplies.
  • The Lead Person is responsible for assisting Management with multiple tasks such as training, coaching, and onboarding new and existing associates, while supporting Management in achieving optimal productivity.
  • This role involves performing a variety of duties relating to warehousing, product movement, and inventory functions within the RDC, and providing feedback to Management on team member performance.
