This position oversees and monitors the operation of critical building systems including refrigeration, emergency backup systems, and boilers.
The role requires performing annual and semi-annual preventive maintenance on industrial boiler systems, steam and hot water boilers, and associated pumps.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Hands-on skills for boiler and chiller repair
Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
Knowledge of OSHA standards and local codes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Capability to lift 50 pounds and perform overhead work
Nice-to-have
Experience working in customer service environments
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Familiarity with state and city building ordinances
Basic knowledge of hazardous materials disposal
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of related trade schooling or work experience
