Act as the primary point of contact for all GTS-related processes, leading requirements validation, workshops, functional design, and test script development.
Identify, recommend, and implement complex configuration solutions for SAP GTS, including tariff classification, SPL, export control, and customs management.
Provide training and support to end-users and colleagues, staying informed about regulatory updates to ensure ongoing compliance and system adjustments.
