This role requires driving results through regular in-person visits, observing and coaching Branch Managers, and partnering on joint calling efforts.
The position offers a base salary range of $96,000.00 to $181,000.00 annually with eligibility for incentive compensation including production and discretionary incentives.

Must-have
5+ years branch management experience
5+ years financial services leadership
Strong P&L and credit lending understanding
Proven track record in sales team leadership
