The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
You will assist residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and mobility, while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the shift.
You must maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any suspected violations, accidents, or changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse promptly.
