The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure assessments are completed per guidelines.
The role involves tracking and monitoring facility effective utilization of PDPM tools including Physician Diagnosis Verification and Weekly CSR.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Suite products and maintain good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
