PACS is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate will possess HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex employment regulations across multiple states

Job Summary

  • Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated regions, formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
  • Partners with the legal department as needed, provides day-to-day performance management guidance, works closely with facility management and HR to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
