This role requires owning the end-to-end resolution of equipment issues including root cause analysis and permanent fixes for PLCs, robots, and vision systems.
The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring throughput data to identify and resolve bottlenecks in a high-volume automotive assembly plant.
