Job Summary

  • The Administrative Specialist III is responsible for coordinating office activities, researching and preparing special reports, and developing, revising, and recommending administrative policies and procedures as directed by supervisor.
  • Support the Arkansas APEX Accelerator program staff by purchasing supplies, creating and submitting expense reports, making travel arrangements, preparing documents, shipping packages, forwarding correspondence to the appropriate personnel, assisting in event organization and other duties as assigned.
  • The position also supports the Arkansas APEX Accelerator business clients by promptly responding to phone and e-mail communications, assisting with in person and virtual training events, primary computer and internet navigation support and monthly client government contract reporting.
