Aaifire is seeking an Agile Coach to drive the adoption of Agile methodologies across its organization in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Agile practices, strong coaching abilities, and a passion for empowering teams to improve collaboration and product quality

Job Summary

  • As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for the adoption of Agile within AIA Malaysia, which will require working with people at individual, team, department and organizational level.
  • You will need to provide hands-on support, coaching and mentoring to individuals; work to educate and support the adoption of Agile across all levels and roles; teach Agile processes and embody and encourage cultural change and mindset shift.
  • Work towards the creation of a strategy for the adoption of Agile across AIA Malaysia on an organization-wide level, with clearly defined stages of adoption from the introduction of Agile, employee education, fostering teams and cultures, long term maintenance of Agile as a methodology and sustaining the cultural mindset within the organization.
