Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive knowledge of engineering principles to ensure customer expectations are met while adhering to strict FDA regulations and quality management systems.
You will lead projects to advance technological capabilities, develop new approaches to complex problems, and serve as a coach and mentor for other engineers and technicians.
The role requires championing the development of systems to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Integer Production System culture.

Knowledge of 8D, RCA, 5-Why, and Ishikawa methodologies
