Job Summary
This role serves as a strategic partner between Travel Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to lead complex mid-office automation initiatives.
The position requires deep domain expertise in travel workflows including PNR lifecycle, ticket issuance, exchanges, refunds, and financial reconciliation.
Candidates must be willing to work from the Bangalore office minimum 3 days a week and cover 2nd shift hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-12 years Business Systems Analyst experience
5+ years Travel Mid-Office domain expertise
Deep knowledge of ARC/BSP settlement processes
Strong SQL and data validation skills
Hands-on JIRA and Confluence experience
Willingness to work 2nd shift (3 PM IST)
Experience with GDS platforms like Amadeus
Nice-to-have
Legacy modernization and AS400 migration experience
Production support and root cause analysis skills
Strong stakeholder management at senior levels
Experience in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments
Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Key Requirements

Experience working with Finance/Accounting-integrated systems
