Job Summary
Assists residents with loading and unloading from facility approved vehicles and ensures their safe transportation to scheduled medical appointments or other approved activities.
Maintains the interior and exterior of facility vehicles to promote safe and comfortable transport and monitors vehicle maintenance logs for scheduled services.
Must demonstrate safe clinical transfer techniques and be able to lift and mobilize patient weights up to 70 pounds in confined areas inside vans.

Key Requirements
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
Minimum age of 25 years old
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
No serious traffic crimes or multiple DUIs in last 7 years
Pass drug screen and background check
Completed CNA training with maintained certification
