You will have overall responsibility for ensuring all contractors and visitors to site are properly managed, in accordance with local procedures and that contractors work in accordance with their RAMS and all other policies and procedures that are applicable to their works

Job Summary

  • You will have overall responsibility for ensuring all contractors and visitors to site are properly managed, in accordance with local procedures and that contractors work in accordance with their RAMS and all other policies and procedures that are applicable to their works.
  • Manage all required Isolations with suitable trained Authorised persons and conduct Periodic inspections of all contractors works, review and assure their performance.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the Client and the IFM team and wider stakeholders and assist the IM and FM with day-to-day supervision of the site IM team.

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record managing contractors/subcontractors
  • Relevant professional, technical, or management qualifications
  • Ability to lead large teams effectively
  • Excellent knowledge M&E building services
  • Excellent knowledge and track record in QHSE/Risk management
  • Good knowledge of Permits and SSoW’s
  • IOSH NEBOSH National General Certificate (preferred)
  • SMSTS (preferred)
  • Asbestos awareness training (preferred)
  • Working at Height training (preferred)
  • Hot Work Training (preferred)
