  • Collaborate with the SA Training Team to develop and continuously update the SA training curricula.
  • Deliver approved SA Training Curriculum and engage teammates through live and virtual environments.
  • Monitor success of teammates after attendance through KPI’s (CSEP, Dashboard, etc.)
