Salary

Base: $98,400 - $147,600 (Principal); $122,800 - $184,200 (Sr Principal); Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO

Must-have

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
  • Experience with Cameo Enterprise Architecture
  • Requirements development and tracing
  • Functional decomposition and interface definition

Nice-to-have

  • Experience leading SE events like PDR and CDR
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Teamcenter or CPLM
  • Ability to work with minimal direction
  • Strong collaboration skills in team environments

Key Requirements

  • 5-8 years related experience depending on level
  • Master's or PhD reduces experience requirement
  • Current and within scope Secret clearance
  • Investigation date within last 6 years
