Job Summary
Assist in grape sampling and analysis, crush/press operations, and sorting fruit.
Gain experience with racking, transferring, blending wine/juice, and various additions for juice, ferments, and finished wines.
Perform extensive cleaning of tanks, equipment, barrels, and floors, along with barrel maintenance and preparation.
