The position manages end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels, with a primary emphasis on Technology, and operates with a high degree of autonomy whilst aligning with global standards.
Working as part of both the regional and global TA teams, the role plays a pivotal part in identifying, engaging, and securing top technical talent in highly competitive markets, contributing directly to the firm's continued growth and digital evolution.
