Job Summary
Responsible for providing technical expertise and day-to-day work direction for the Chandler Fab Subfab team.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler Subfab and support equipment areas, including parts cleaning, abatement equipment, chillers, RF generators, and vacuum pumps.
Requires ability to interface with other groups, complete documentation, train others, communicate effectively, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Subfab support equipment maintenance
Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems
Troubleshoot pneumatic, vacuum, mechanical systems
Read and understand technical diagrams
Use diagnostic test equipment

Solid understanding of SPC
Solid understanding of 5s
Solid understanding of FDC systems
Demonstrate problem solving skills
Interface with internal and external groups
Key Requirements
AA, AS, AAS in electronics, chemistry, mechanical, or industrial engineering related discipline preferred
Experience or military training may satisfy formal education requirements
Specific knowledge of semiconductor maintenance job functions required
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems
