Salary
Base: $120,000 - $175,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for cash and/or equity incentive awards; Benefits: Health, savings, retirement, PTO, and banking discounts included
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Oversee monthly financial consolidation
Review entries per US GAAP and IFRS
Manage chart of accounts mapping
Support external and internal audits
Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls
Nice-to-have
Advanced Excel and automation tools proficiency
Big 4 public accounting background preferred
Experience with new product implementation
Strong data-driven decision-making skills
Ability to lead cross-functional projects
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's preferred
8+ years post-undergraduate experience in public accounting or financial services
CPA or CPA candidate status preferred
Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley controls and compliance requirements
