Provide linguist services in translation and interpretation in support of joint and bilateral maritime objectives of the U.S. and Japan.
Conduct Japanese and American cultural analysis and provide guidance and advice to optimize bilateral understanding and communications in English and Japanese.
Facilitate U.S.-Japanese bilateral military efforts at the tactical and operational levels of military operations, including social events, community engagements events, and key leader’s engagements.
