Job Summary
Lead the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the Salamanca plant, ensuring equipment, systems, and facilities meet quality and safety standards.
Ensure daily communication between different IPTs and management for effective work distribution, and actively participate in TIER operational meetings.
Support the training of team members to foster a culture of 'self-maintenance' and manage spare parts inventory for assigned tasks.
